Puttukudam Steel

A puttukudam is a traditional South Indian cooking vessel used to steam and prepare puttu, a cylindrical-shaped, layered rice cake. Also known as a puttu maker, it typically consists of two parts: a bottom pot for holding water and a top, tubular container for the puttu mixture.
