Elachi/Cardamom

Elaichi, or cardamom, is an aromatic spice from the ginger family, known as the “Queen of Spices” for its unique sweet, floral, and slightly pungent flavor. It is a small, green pod containing tiny, flavorful seeds used in Indian cuisine for curries, desserts, rice, and tea, as well as in traditional medicine for its detoxifying properties and as a mouth freshener.
